  • What are Tieks?

    • Tieks are designer flats that you can fold to fit in your purse or wear all day, every day.  Each pair is individually crafted and made from the finest Italian leathers.  Our signature Tiek Blue stripe and Tiek Blue non-skid rubber soles accent each pair.  To learn more about Tieks, visit our About Us page.

  • What sizes are available in Tieks?

    • Tieks are available in sizes 5-13.

  • What size should I order if I’m a half size?

    • Go down to the next full size, unless you sometimes go up a size or have a wide foot.                      Size Chart.

  • Do Tieks work for wide or narrow feet?

    • We’ve received terrific feedback from customers with both wide and narrow feet. One of the great things about Tieks is that they will stretch and mold to your feet as you wear them. Give them a try and if they’re not the perfect fit, we have a great exchange and return policy. 

  • How much is shipping?

    • We are proud to offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is also available from FedEx depending on your destination.

  • Can I ship Tieks outside the U.S.?

    • Yes! We offer a variety of shipping options to most countries around the world. To view shipping options and charges to your location, simply begin the checkout process and rates will be displayed before any credit card information is required.

  • How do I care for my Tieks?

    • Your Tieks are designed to be durable.  Most styles can be cleaned by using a small amount of leather cleaner on a soft cloth and gently rubbing the surface.  Cleaning options vary depending on your leather type and how you wear them.  For more info on caring for your Tieks, please email us at service@tieks.com!

  • What is your return & exchange policy?

    • If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Tieks, we’ll do all we can to help. We gladly accept the return of any unworn Tieks for an exchange or full refund. We’ll even pay the shipping both ways anywhere in the U.S.!

SIZING
  • How does sizing run?

    • Tieks run pretty true to size, so if you typically wear a full size (e.g. 7), that’s also your Tieks size. For more info on sizing, check out our Size Chart.

  • Do Tieks have arch support?

    • Tieks do not have built-in arch support, but they have a custom foam insole that springs back and molds to the shape of your foot as you walk. If you still find that you need additional support, you can always insert an orthotic.

  • How much is shipping?

    • We are proud to offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is also available from UPS and FedEx depending on your destination.

  • How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

    • We pride ourselves on fast processing and shipping. Your Tieks should be on their way to you within one business day (or less, sometimes we even get them out the same day).

  • How long does it take to receive a shipment?

    • Our complimentary Priority Mail shipping is fast. Most orders will arrive to you from California within 2-5 business days (they also conveniently ship on Saturdays)! Expedited shipping is also available from UPS and FedEx.

  • Can I send my Tieks as a gift?

    • Of course! We’ll gladly ship your order to a different address if you’re giving them as a gift. Custom gift messages may also be included.

  • Can I ship Tieks outside the U.S.?

    • Yes! We offer a variety of shipping options to most countries around the world. To view shipping options and charges to your location, simply begin the checkout process and rates will be displayed before any credit card information is required.

  • How can I track my order?

    • We'll send you a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your Tieks are on the way!  You can also log in to your account here to check the status of an order.

RETURNS
  • What is your return & exchange policy?

    • If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Tieks, we’ll do all we can to help. We gladly accept the return of any unworn Tieks for an exchange or full refund. We’ll even pay the shipping both ways anywhere in the U.S.!

  • How do I exchange or return my Tieks?

    • Returns and exchanges are easy.   
    •        
      • To request an exchange, you can fill out the form on our Returns page here. We'll mail your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label to send back the pair you decide not to keep. Don’t worry, your credit card isn’t charged again so long as we receive your other pair.

      • To request a return, fill out the form here. We'll email you a prepaid return label as quickly as we can, and then issue your refund shortly after your shoes arrive.

  • How do I return a shipment from outside the U.S?

    • Unfortunately, US Customs laws prevent us from providing shipping labels for international returns. Once the return pair has been sent back to us, please email us the tracking number. For more information, contact our customer service department here.

  • How long do exchanges take?

    • You should receive your exchange pair and return label in about a week.   
    •     
    • Please allow a few days for your request to be processed as we handle each one individually. If an exchange is needed faster, our customer service department will gladly accommodate you.

  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    • We will process your refund and notify you after we’ve received your Tieks. Please allow a few days for the refund to show on your credit card statement.

  • Can I exchange Tieks I’ve received as a gift?

    • Yes! You can begin your gift exchange here.
  • Can I apply the same discount/gift card I used for my original purchase to an exchange?

    • We’re happy to apply the same code used on your original purchase to your exchange. If you’d like to exchange your Tieks for a pair that’s a different price, we’ll apply the discount and charge/credit you the difference in price.

  • How often can I fold/unfold my Tieks?

    • As often as you’d like! Folding your Tieks won’t create wrinkles in the leather. Don’t be afraid to fold and unfold them.

  • How do I care for my Tieks?

    • Your Tieks are designed to be durable.  Most styles can be cleaned by using a small amount of leather cleaner on a soft cloth and gently rubbing the surface.  Cleaning options vary depending on your leather type and how you wear them.  For more info on caring for your Tieks, please email us at service@tieks.com!

  • Will I need to break in my Tieks?

    • Most girls can slip right into their Tieks without having to break them in! Others may need to wear them a few times to help the leather stretch and mold to their feet. Patent leather may also initially feel more snug. We’ve heard that wearing thick socks with your Tieks around the house for a couple of hours will give them a little extra stretch if you need it. We want your Tieks to be the perfect fit, so feel free to contact us if you’d like some advice!

  • Are Tieks waterproof?

    • Tieks are designed to be durable, so getting them a little wet usually won't hurt.  Like most other leather products, if you expect to wear them in the rain or get them wet you may want to add a little extra protection (e.g. water repellent creams or sprays).  Since each Tieks style is a little different, if you have other questions feel free to email us at service@tieks.com and we'll do our best to help!

  • Where can I buy a Tieks gift card?

    • Tieks gift cards can be purchased here.  Our beautifully packaged traditional gift card can be shipped to you or directly to your recipient’s door.  Our fun e-gift cards arrive instantly by email and are perfect for last minute gifts.

  • How can I check my Tieks gift card balance?

    • To check the balance on a Tieks gift card, simply click here and enter your Gift Card Code.

  • Can I combine gift cards?

    • Usually yes, but it depends on whether or not the purchaser of your card set any restrictions.  Most traditional and e-gift cards purchased through our site are combinable.  If you have a card you would like to check, feel free to email us at service@tieks.com

  • Are gift cards refundable?

    • Tieks Gift Cards can be exchanged or returned for a credit.  Unfortunately, a Tieks Gift Card purchase cannot be refunded. 
  • Will I get charged sales tax on my order?

    • Tieks is required by law to collect tax for shipments to California. You’ll be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

    • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    • We take your privacy and security very seriously! We use advanced encryption technology to protect all personal information entered on our site, and do not store credit card numbers on our server.
