What size Tieks should I buy?
- Tieks run pretty true to size, so if you're a full size, that's also your Tieks size! For more info on sizing, check out our Size Chart.

What size Tieks should I buy if I'm a half size?
- Many women who wear half sizes can comfortably size up or down. If you wear a half size, we typically recommend sizing down, unless you have a wide foot or sometimes size up. Keep in mind, if they're not the perfect fit, we have a great exchange and return policy for Tieks in their original condition! For more info on sizing, check out our Size Chart.

Do Tieks work for wide or narrow feet?
- We’ve received terrific feedback from women with feet of all shapes and sizes. Our flexible design allows Tieks to stretch and mold to your feet, and comfortably fit a variety of widths. If you decide to try a pair and they're not the perfect fit, we have a really great exchange and return policy for Tieks in their original condition!

Do Tieks have arch support?
- Tieks don't have built-in arch support, but they are designed with a unique shape and padding for comfort and durability. If you prefer additional support, Tieks can accomodate many types of orthotic inserts.

What Little Miss Tieks size should I order if my child is a half size?
- Little Miss Tieks run true to size. If your child is between sizes, or one foot seems to be bigger than the other, we suggest purchasing a size up. For more info on sizing, please see our Little Miss Tieks Size Chart.

Will Little Miss Tieks fit my child if she has a wide or narrow foot?

Will my child's Little Miss Tieks stretch?
- Little Miss Tieks are made from fine Italian leather that will stretch and mold to your child’s feet over time where any pressure is felt. We are only able to take back Tieks in their original condition, so if your little one’s Tieks feel snug, we encourage her to try them on inside the home until she’s sure of the fit, or submit an exchange so she can try a larger size. How much is shipping?
- We are proud to offer free shipping for all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is also available, depending on your destination. Expedited shipping options will incur an additional fee, which is determined by the final shipping destination.

When will my Tieks arrive?
- Orders placed before 2 p.m. PT Monday - Friday ship same day. Our complimentary shipping service should deliver them to you anywhere in the U.S. in about 2-4 days. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, additional shipping options via FedEx are available at checkout.

Can I send my Tieks as a gift?
- Of course! Custom gift messages can also be added at checkout. No size? No address? No problem! Check out our E-Gift option!

Can I ship Tieks outside the U.S.?
- We are able to ship to most countries! You can view shipping costs at checkout before any payment info is entered.
- Note: The rates displayed are for shipping charges only and do not include any customs, duties, or taxes required by the destination country.

How can I track my order?
- We'll send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as your Tieks ship out. You can also log in to your account here to check the status of an order. Keep in mind, USPS and FedEx can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update initial tracking information.

How does your exchange and return policy work?
- Returns and exchanges are easy. As long as your Tieks are in original condition, there is no time limit on an exchange or return, and we’ll even cover the shipping both ways in the U.S.!
- For exchanges, if you're the original purchaser, we'll ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label to send back whatever you decide not to keep. Plus, we don't charge your credit card so long as we receive the pair(s) and accessories back. To return Tieks, we'll email you a prepaid return label for you to send your pair and accessories back for a refund. You can get started with your return or exchange here, or feel free to contact us with any questions at returns@tieks.com.

How do I return from outside the U.S?
- We are unable to cover international shipping charges. If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to request a return or exchange, please email us at returns@tieks.com.

How long do exchanges take?
- Exchanges ship with USPS Priority Mail to reach you quickly, often within a few days. If you'd like to request a guaranteed delivery date for your exchange pair, give us a call at (310) 601-8967 or email us at returns@tieks.com and we will help upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.

How long does it take to get a refund?
- Once your Tieks are received and processed by our team, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. That process typically takes a couple days, but can vary depending on your credit card.

Can I exchange Tieks I’ve received as a gift?
- Yes! If you would like to exchange a pair of Tieks you received as a gift, you can create an account and begin a gift exchange request here.

Do you offer exchanges or returns if my little one damages her Little Miss Tieks?
- We are only able to take back Tieks in their original condition. If you have additional questions about caring for your little one’s Tieks, please email service@tieks.com.

How often can I fold/unfold my Tieks?
- As often as you’d like! Tieks are designed to be durable and flexible. Don’t be afraid to fold and unfold them.

How do I care for my Tieks?
- Most styles can be cleaned by using a small amount of mild soap and water on a soft cloth and gently rubbing the surface. Keep in mind, cleaning options and treatments vary depending on your leather finish. For our light and bright-colored patent styles, avoid storing them in contact with leather or materials of a contrasting color to prevent color migration to the leather. Will I need to break in my Tieks?
- For most ladies, Tieks are comfortable right out of the box. If you’re unsure about fit, try them on at home and feel free to call us at (310) 601-8967 or email service@tieks.com.

Should you wear socks with Tieks?
- It’s a matter of preference! While most ladies wear their Tieks barefoot, you can wear no-show socks or liners with your pair if you prefer a barrier between foot and flat.

Are Tieks waterproof?
- Tieks were designed to be durable, so getting them a little wet should not be a problem. However, like most leather products, they aren't totally waterproof. You can try a water repellent spray such as Cadillac Leather Shield for a little extra protection. What is E-Gift a pair?
- Our E-Gift a pair feature allows you to send a pair of Tieks to someone without needing to know their shoe size or shipping address! The recipient will receive an email about the gift and then be able to select a size and confirm or change the style before it ships.

Can the E-Gift recipient select their size & color?
- Yes, which makes E-Gifting a great option! Recipients are able to select their size and confirm or change the style they want before entering their shipping info.

What if the recipient chooses a style that is more/less expensive than the one E-Gifted to them?
- An E-Gift recipient has the option to upgrade at checkout and simply pay the difference. If she would prefer a lower priced style, the recipient can opt to receive the difference as credit on a Tieks E-Gift Card.

Can E-Gifted pairs be exchanged?
- Yes! E-Gifted pairs in their original condition may be easily exchanged for a different size or style and are treated like gift exchanges by our system.

Can E-Gifted pairs be returned?
- Yes! If a recipient chooses to return their unworn E-Gift pair for a refund, they have two options: (1) receive a Tieks Gift Card for the full value of the E-Gift purchase, or (2) refund the E-Gift to the original purchaser's card. An E-Gift recipient cannot return their E-Gift pair for a cash refund or refund to a new credit card.

Can I use a gift card to purchase an E-Gift pair?
- No. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards, or an E-Gift.

What if the E-Gift pair I send sells out?
- An E-Gift does not guarantee availability, but your recipient is always free to choose a different style, or join the waitlist for the out-of-stock style and redeem their E-Gift when it becomes available.

Can I buy Tieks in a store?
- Tieks are sold exclusively through our online Boutiek, found on tieks.com.

What comes in a Tieks box?
- Each pair of Tieks comes with a reusable nylon tote in our signature Tiek Blue color, a small pouch which can be used to store your Tieks, a handwritten thank you note, and a care card.
