In response to the dire need for continued support in North Carolina following the catastrophic destruction wrought by Hurricane Helene, we’re offering a $50 Tieks Gift Card to anyone who donates $25 or more to help the victims and communities still recovering.
Time and again, our Tieks community has left Blue Prints on the world with their care and generosity. Let’s help those still devastated by Hurricane Helene as they navigate the difficult process of recovery and rebuilding. Please follow the steps below to help the hurricane victims in one of two ways and receive your $50 Tieks Gift Card, now through January 31.
Option 1: Make A Monetary Donation
Make a monetary donation of at least $25 to a nonprofit organization of your choice that’s helping victims and communities recovering from Hurricane Helene. (If you’re able to leave a comment or message for the organization, let them know that you’re donating as part of Tieks For NC.) Take a photo or screenshot of your donation receipt clearly showing the organization name and amount donated, then click below to submit your donation for verification. Once we verify your submission, we’ll email you a $50 Tieks Gift Card within 1-5 business days.
If you’re looking for a nonprofit to support, Charity Navigator has compiled a list of highly-rated 501(c)(3) organizations that are providing relief and recovery to those impacted. Appalachian Voices also has a list of organizations seeking support under “Ways To Give.”
If you’d prefer to make an in-kind donation, drop off or ship items with an estimated value of at least $25 to any nonprofit organization that’s seeking donations of essential items for victims and communities impacted by Hurricane Helene.
If you’re dropping off items in person, take a photo of the items you’re donating next to a piece of paper that includes your full name and the organization you’re donating to. If you’re shipping items, take a photo or screenshot of the items and be sure that the photo includes your full name and the organization you’re supporting. Then, click below to submit your donation for verification. Once we verify your submission, we’ll email you a $50 Tieks Gift Card within 1-5 business days.
+Can I donate more than $25 to receive multiple Tieks Gift Cards?
You’re welcome to contribute more than $25, but each individual may receive and redeem only one $50 Tieks Gift Card.
+Can I participate in both Tieks For LA and Tieks For NC?
Yes! Each household may receive 1 $50 Tieks For NC gift card and 1 $50 Tieks For LA gift card. However, please note that the gift cards cannot be combined and must be used on separate orders.
+I donated prior to the start of Tieks’ campaign. Am I eligible for a gift card?
Your donation will qualify for a Tieks Gift Card if the receipt you provide is dated on or after January 15, 2025.
+I donated but I don't have a receipt or photo. Do I still qualify?
To be eligible for a Tieks Gift Card, you must provide a receipt or photo of your donation.
+I’d like to support an individual victim of Hurricane Helene instead of an organization. Can I still get a gift card?
If you’re donating to a friend or individual in need, please send an email to service@tieks.com with the individual’s information and your donation amount for verification.
+Can I apply my $50 Tieks Gift Card to any Tieks purchase?
Gift cards can be applied to the purchase of any Tieks pair. Gift cards may not be applied to the purchase of Tieks card cases or Melded Star of David boxes.
