- How often can I fold/unfold my tieks?
- Folding your Tieks will not create wrinkles in the leather when worn. Do not be afraid to fold and unfold them.
- What size should I order if I’m a half size?
- Will I need to break in my Tieks?
- Maybe. Most girls slip right into their Tieks without having to break them in. Others, including some with wider feet, may need to wear them a few times to help the leather stretch and mold perfectly to their feet. Patent leathers Tieks may also initially feel more snug. If you want to speed up the process, one thing we recommend is wearing your Tieks around the house with thick socks for a bit. No matter what, if your Tieks don't seem to fit well at first, feel free to contact us and we can share a few other tricks that will get you to the perfect fit in no time!
- How do I care for my Tieks?
- To clean your Tieks, use a small amount of leather cleaner on a soft cloth and gently rub the surface.
- How much is shipping?
- As a valued early supporter, domestic priority shipping via USPS is free on all launch orders.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We do offer international shipping. Unfortunately, at this time international shipping is not free of charge.
- Can I send my Tieks as a gift?
- We will gladly ship your order or a portion of your order to a different address if you are giving them as a gift. You can also include a custom message.
- What is your return/exchange policy?
- We hope you enjoy your Tieks! Our priority is to make sure you love them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will do all we can to make it right. We will gladly accept your return of any unworn Tieks for an exchange or full refund at any time, and we will pay for the shipping!
If you have received your Tieks as a gift, we will gladly exchange size and/or color.
