Returns and Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your Tieks! Our priority is to make sure you love them, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll do all we can to make it right. Unworn Tieks can be exchanged or returned for a full refund at any time. We'll also cover the shipping both ways in the U.S.!

If you have received your Tieks as a gift, we will gladly exchange the size and/or color.
