Oprah fell in love with Tieks while filming her last season of the Oprah Winfrey Show. She is seen wearing Tieks on almost every episode of Oprah Behind the Scenes.
In Summer 2011 Tieks were featured on Oprah's O List as her favorite ballet flats, and then again in Spring 2012 on Oprah's list of Mother's Day Gifts She Really Wants.
