Did you know you can exchange unworn Tieks at any time? We’ll even cover shipping both ways in the U.S.!
Once you've submitted an exchange request, we'll ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label for you to send back whichever pair(s) you decide not to keep. This way, you can try on two pairs side by side in the comfort of your own home and find the best fit! Don't worry about the cost of that second pair—as long as we receive one of the pairs back within two weeks, we won't charge your credit card.
Exchanges are processed quickly and sent by Priority Mail. Once you've requested an exchange, you should receive your new pair(s) in about a week or less!

Return Unworn Tieks at Any Time!
If you've already tried an exchange pair(s) and are not completely satisfied with your Tieks, there is no time limit on a return for unworn pairs. Once you've submitted your return request, we'll email you a prepaid return label as quickly as we can so you can send your pair(s) back to us free of charge.
When your Tieks arrive, we will process your return as quickly as possible and issue a credit to your card. Credits usually process right away, but can sometimes take a couple days to show up on your statement.
