Napa Classics

Our Napa Classic styles feature full-grain Italian leathers with a matte finish. These exquisite leathers are tanned with top grade oils to emphasize the natural grain and create a soft, luxurious feel. The natural surface of our full-grain leather ballet flats burnishes and beautifies over time.

Tieks' Napa Classics come in a wide range of hues. Choose a Classic color, like red (Cardinal Red, Burgundy), orange (Tangerine), yellow (Mustard Yellow), green (Olive), blue (California Navy), purple (Lilac), or pink (Ballerina Pink, Fuchsia). Or, select a wear-with-anything neutral like white (White Lotus, Cream), grey (Cool Grey, Feather Grey), brown (Camel, Chestnut, Chocolate Brown, and Taupe), or black (Matte Black).

Shiny Distressed Classics

Our Shiny Distressed Classic styles are crafted with the finest top-grain leathers. These materials are expertly dyed for vivid color and burnished for a natural distressed look. Next, the leather is treated with a wax coating for shine then washed to give it a cracked, glazed finish. This antiqued appearance is polished off by milling the leather for extended periods of time, which also creates a supple softness.

Metallic Classics

The full-grain leathers of our Metallic Classic styles are expertly tanned and tumbled for buttery softness. These premium leathers are brushed with the finest oils, then pressed and painted with a metallic finish. This shimmering metallic paint is beautiful and durable, far outlasting the traditional method of using delicate foil for metallics. Our Metallic Classic leather comes in four stunning shades: Bronze, Gold, Pewter, and Rosé.

Smooth Patents

Our Smooth Patent styles are made with full-grain leathers saturated with vibrant color to ensure superior quality. The leathers are sprayed with a shining gloss coating for a smooth, brilliant luster and tumbled for maximum softness.

This glossy patent finish adds a sophisticated touch to brights (Razzleberry, Tiek Blue), pastels (Coral, Cotton Candy, Lavender, Lemon, Mint), jewel tones (Emerald, Ruby Red, Sapphire), neons (Galactic Green, Infrared, Outrageous Orange, Pop Pink, Ultraviolet, Unmellow Yellow) and neutrals (Biscotti, Blush) alike.

Croc Patents

The full-grain Italian leathers used in our Croc Patent styles are saturated with rich, luxurious tones. The leather is coated with a glossy patent finish, then embossed with a high-end crocodile texture. This exquisite Croc Patent leather comes in four neutral shades: Diamond White, Obsidian Black, Sienna Brown, and Slate Grey.

Snake Prints

The striking leathers of our Snake Print Collection are expertly crafted to mirror the exotic beauty of snake scales. The leathers are largely hand-painted by skilled artisans in Tuscany, and each style possesses a unique blend of at least four colors. After painting, the leathers are embossed with snakelike scales then tumbled for softness. During the final tumbling process, the cut scales open slightly, mimicking authentic snakeskin. A shiny, durable finish tops off these bold, beautiful styles.

Our Snake Print collection includes Azure Snake, Copperhead Snake, Electric Snake, Lavender Snake, Mocha Snake, and Sand Snake.

Precious Metal Prints

Our Precious Metal Prints draw inspiration from the sophisticated glam of Old Hollywood. To create the crackled metallic leather, artisans first massage and soften the leathers with fine oils for 8-10 hours. Next, the leathers are treated in preparation for a foil finish, which is then applied with a roller press.

Finally, the leathers are tumbled for 10 more hours which causes the foil to separate and reveal the material's natural valleys. The result is a stunning texture found only in Golden Glitz, Silver Screen, and Rose Gold Glam Tieks.

Metallic Prints

Each of our Metallic Print styles (Wild Copper, Romantic Blush, and Paradise Blue) features a unique snake print on full-grain leather. These Italian leathers are painted by hand before shimmering gold and silver foil accents are individually applied. At least five sets of skilled artisan hands work on each piece of leather, making this one of our most exquisite collections. No two Metallic Print pairs are exactly alike.

Metallic Sparkle Prints

Our Starstruck, Lovestruck, and Moonstruck Tieks are crafted with soft Italian leather. The leathers are pressed with a delicate, sparkling foil, then tumbled for a crackled, antiqued appearance. The foil's subtle iridescent pattern gives these leathers an uncommonly brilliant shine. The warm luster of our Metallic Sparkle Prints creates a dazzle unmatched by typical glitter leather.

Dragon Print Leather

Drago and Ember Tieks are crafted with top-grain Italian leather that is drum dyed in each style’s rich base color. The leather is foiled to form the beginning of scales, then washed to create texture and soften the hide. Once the leather reaches peak softness, artisans add movement and dimension by painting smooth, foiled scales in glistening hues. The result is nothing short of legendary.

Florals

White Rose and Rose Garden are inspired by the world's oldest rose garden, Roseraie du Val-de-Marne in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, France. Each pair is a work of art consisting of dozens of hand-woven, fabric rosettes. The intricate floral accents are hand-stitched to a lace overlay which adorns the Italian leather upper of each pair.

Leopard Print

Our Leopard Print Tieks are made with full-grain Italian leather. The leather is dyed golden brown then tumbled to create a natural texture and tough yet refined appearance. Black rosettes are painted onto the leather to mimic the leopard's exotic spots. Finally, a shiny, crackled finish is applied to give Leopard Print its subtle yet eye-catching luster.

Lace

To create Nude Lace Tieks, a delicate black lace overlay is expertly placed on top of supple nude leather. The leather has a prominent natural grain which allows it to retain a smooth feel once the lace overlay is applied. The black floral lace details are entwined on a natural lattice background, giving the style a flirtatious elegance.

Tortoiseshell

Tortoiseshell Tieks are expertly hand-painted by Tuscan artisans in a weeks-long process. Rich ambers and honey browns are layered onto soft, full-grain Italian leather to achieve an unrivaled depth of color. The print's distinctive markings are painted onto the leather by hand before being sealed with a polished patent finish.

Aquarella

Inspired by the style of acquerello (Italian for watercolor), Aquarella Tieks are a bright bouquet of color. Vivid paints in hues of pink, yellow, orange, white, and green are applied on fine leather with a natural water-induced gradient to create a watercolor effect. The painted leather is coated with a gloss finish then finely cut to create a pebbled texture and refracted glisten. A wearable work of art, no two pairs of Aquarella are exactly alike.

Rouge

Rouge Tieks are made with soft Italian suede leather. Drawing from time-honored techniques, artisans craft the leather by revealing the luxurious napped texture beneath the upper grain. This sumptuous suede is then double dyed with rich red pigments to achieve maximum color saturation.

Textiles

The finest European textiles and natural, paraben-free dyes are used to create our textile styles. We offer six non-leather Tieks options in our Vegan Collection, ranging from neutral colors (Greystone, Silver Lake, Brentwood, Palm Springs Pink) to bold prints (Echo Park, Sunset Stripe). Mojave, Heritage Plaid, Calouflage, and Incognito round out our textile styles, offering a soft fabric upper and a supple leather insole.
